inter-bank memory card copy/move

I have a 16,344 block Mcbazel memory card. It consists of eight banks of 2,043 blocks each. Are there any tools that can move/copy a file from one bank to another without using a second memory card?

GCMM or Swiss and SD card adapter. You can transfer your saves to SD card and then back to another bank.
