SWISS issues with SDML

Post by topikakarla » Sun Apr 28, 2013 12:56 am

I used to use a 2GB non-HC to boot my games, but upgraded to a 16GB SDHC
I'm having trouble loading with SWISS
Everything seems to go fine until I try to boot up the game.
Logo for the game as well as boot options come up, but as soon as I press A to boot the game, the screen hangs and I get the following;
"This file is fragmented!"

The iso on the sd is fragmented as the message reports. Delete the iso and try to copy it back again

Hmmm, same issue, could it be something else.
Has anyone else tested larger cards on an SDML?

Doesn't Swiss report this message?

How many ISOs do you have on the sd card? try with just one, the more you have on there the greater are the chances of it being fragmented

latest swiss compiled supports fragmented games, but your thread topic is misleading as you're actually using swiss and not SDML.

Ah, you're right, must have written that in a hurry haha
Is there a limit on SDcard size you can use with SWISS?
Perhapps it's that I upgraded to a 16GB HC from a 2GB
You're awesome by the way, you do great work.

128GB SDXC card works with SWISS after being formatted to Fat32-32kb clusters with Easeus partition manager.
Playing - Super Mario Sunshine - DariusBurst CS - Hotline Miami 2 - Rpi2 Lakka - X360 BurnOut Paradise City

Sometimes I tried to boot/rip games to my 8gb microsd using SDML and had the same issue. Actually I try to boot my games through a 2gb microsd to avoid such headaches :|
