The 60hz and 16:9 code works with all pal isos.
16:9 code works with ntsc iso.
Sorry, I forgot to activate the 60hz code in pal isos to check the apect ratio I thought it didn't work on the ntsc iso.
Can 16:9 code be converted to fully gecko 04 format code?

Just decrypt the AR counterpart of the v2 code and remove the first code line.
