NTSC-J Eternal Darkness Save File

Does anyone have or know where I can find a NTSC-J Eternal Darkness save file with the English language option unlocked? I want to save money by buying a Japanese copy over a USA one.

Maybe just loading the game through IPL so you can choose English over Japanese, but you have to be sure the game you load has the English text included, otherwise it will fallback to Japanese.

Is that something that can be done with Swiss?
