I just received my cube ODE. It came with a setup 64 GB full-size SD card preloaded with Swiss and works. I would like to increase the storage size to a 256 GB but I am having problems and hope someone can offer some has encountered this and may be able to offer a solution.
I purchased a Nintendo switch branded microSD card 256 GB -
SanDisk 256GB microSDXC Card, Licensed for Nintendo-Switch - SDSQXAO-256G-GNCZN
I set the card up according to the instructions that came in the printed booklet with the CubeODE. My only variation to the instructions included was I used the Mac disk utility as I was unable to use Rufus. The card was formatted in Fat32. When I launch the GameCube, it hangs and says an error please see manual for the GameCube.
- I also tried setting up a 128 GB Nintendo switch branded San disk micro SD card with adapter -
SanDisk 128GB microSDXC Card, Licensed for Nintendo-Switch - SDSQXAO-128G-GNCZN - Same thing happened.
- I also purchased a 128 GB full size SanDisk Extreme, pro sd UHS-I card sdxc - same situation.
I am loading all these cards, using the extender adapter.
Do I have a bad card and I need to return it, or am I doing something wrong?
