Hi i have a probleme on my cube
i was rewireing my controler pad board
and i have broke a component
it 's named r 16 ( i suppose it's a resistor )
and now my cube cant save time and date information
could you help me
(sorry for my english i'm french)

Its a capacitor. Unneeded. Just put a little solder blob there where the cap used to be to "jump" the connection.

If only mine could be saved..... Well it could but not that easily. I dropped it and broke off a number off things....

Most things silkscreened on a PCB with an "R" designator are in fact a resistor.
By bridging that connection your probably gonna be pulling whichever dataline its tied to permanently high. Not reccomended.
