When I first run Mega Man X Collection, the game works fine, launch mega man x, play it works fine. Then when I go to play it again, the part where you pick which mega man you're going to play works fine, but when I get into mega man x, it runs very slow and the colors are messed up, mega man is red. When I delete the ISO and replace it, mega man x works fine.

I'm just wondering how to fix this, does Swiss patch the ISO, then it doesn't work again?

Which version of Swiss are you using? Can you try the latest nightly build? viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1375

0.3 r174 or whatever and before used to patch the iso but now it'll just drop a .patches folder.
