metal gear solid- saving

Hi
First of all, i just started using sdml and swiss. so i´m a noob
my problem is, that i cannot load my mgs save file. when i want to load it the screen stays black.

Sdml i'ts really bad, try to patch on swiss configuration before booting the game, patch the level type first if work good if not try the memory patch and mute audio stutter and try another versions of swiss and sd boot too i've played only to test medabots infinity and only works on sd boot.

jolle23, don't use SDML as your boot disc if you are. Memory card emulation is still a work in progress if you're using that too.

how can i boot swiss without sdml? burning the swiss iso? is that enough?

No, boot it with SDML, just change the disc to a proper GC Game after.

how will that change something? the dvd motor has to stop i thought.

Hmm, it´s strange, I always load my dols with my SDML inside no problems. Maybe it´s because most of the games I´ve tested work with motor off, but still is strange. The function that still doesn´t work all the time for me is the disk copy function, when I finish copying a retail disk Swiss, sometimes tells me the file is an unknown file.
