Sonic Adventure 2 Battle Debug Menu PAL version

I recently found out there's a Debug Menu for Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.
I think this is really marvelous to use (I would love to be able to mess with the cutscene viewer myself and better understand how they were made back then).
But I have a problem: I only have the European version of the game (according to Sonic Retro it's accessible in all versions of the game) and I am desperately searching for the PAL AR code to access the Debug Menu but I can only find the NTSC-US code, or I get codes for the debug mode instead which doesn't have the cutscene viewer.
I am working on a (non commercial) video project and this Debug Menu would make a world of a difference to me.
I would be very much obliged and thankfull if anyone could provide me with the pal code.
Could someone please help me.
