Zooming at 2,25 in 240p won't give you a nice result, try to keep in x2@240p, or try x3@480i with the CRT forced 16:9 mode. Why do you have the value 243 lines in the "scaled-size" args? Well, I went ahead and used gbi.dol standard and when I used the zoom option at 2.25 (running at 240p)...
