What was that game called? You know, that game.

I'm offically going crazy, maybe someone can help me out. I made a remark (in another post) about how interesting it was to use the GBA as a map screen in Luigi's Mansion. It made me want to sit down and play the game again. Well damn, Luigi's Mansion is NOT GBA compatible. I remember playing a Gamecube game that used the GBA (with gamecube cable) as a map screen. Its driving me nuts trying to remember what game it was. Anyone know what game (or games) you could do that with?

Heh, don't remember the Tingle Tuner?
Animal Crossing is another game that allows you to travel to an island (on GBA screen)

This would be a great project for anyone who has a GBA link cable to perform a few tests of these listed titles and document the additions of a linked GBA
All information could then be updated on the GC-wiki for future reference.

Hey thanks! I didn't realize that many games are GBA compatible. I must have been thinking of Sonic or maybe Harvest Moon. Sadly, I don't have those games anymore. I wonder how many of those games are just basic map screens and how many have more interesting features or mini-games. Couldn't you get coconuts from the island in Animal Crossing? I have a few of the games from the list, I'll have to check them all out with the GBA, see what I've been missing. Wind Waker is at the top of the list now. Thanks!

Thanks liquitt, I'm wrong again
I thought the only reason for GBA connectivity in FF:CC was to move the inventory screen from TV to GBA so there are no interruptions to gameplay in multiplayer
(In single player the game pauses every time you open the inventory)

semi-related to the topic; Although you need the GBA link cable to access the island in animal crossing regularly if you use an action replay and use the jump code, then jump into the ocean and walk downward, you can still reach your island without ever connecting your gameboy!
