Hello,

I ordered an SD Media Launcher from Datel UK website but I received an NTSC version and I have a PAL Gamecube
So I asked the support to send me the right product (as I expect a PAL country to send PAL products) yesterday and I'm waiting for an answer (i hope they have a good and comprehensive support)
So I wanted to know if people had the same problem before me and if they successfully had a remplacement.

I've never had that problem, but you might end up with two in the end

Yeah I hope they will be OK to send another one without wanting me to send back the other one as I don't want to pay shipping fees...

Yes I had other stores who did that when they send the wrong product. I will only do if it's free like Amazon returns.
They could also send only the DVD, which is not very expensive...

I saw on some forums that other people had this issue so yeah I will write here what I did it may be usefull for somebody...

I will buy the NTSC one if you get the PAL for free.
Don't even need the adapter. Just the disc.

Ok cool. I sent an email to them but they didn't answer too. Did someone successfully contacted them ? I think I will call them.

Ok they still don't answer, even on the Paypal litigation i opened. I will ask for a refund I think. If someone know a better way to contact Datel UK please help

I read that the AR disc (http://uk.codejunkies.com/Products/GCN- ... 00195.aspx) is the same as the SD Media Launcher one so I might buy it as it's saying it's a PAL, is it OK ? I just want to get that disk. Or is there another way to get this disk cheapper ?

That's the new version of the GC Action Replay, which doesn't let you add your own codes and therefore blocks the SDload method. You can find the old version on eBay (without "Wii compatible" on the box), but it's probably more expensive than SD Media Launcher!

I know that but I read that the disk is the same : it's load AR if there is no SD adapter, and SD Media Launcher if there is an adapter. But I may be wrong

Don´t buy the AR last version because you could not run homebrew with it. If I were you I would pay atention to what steffen said.

I wanted to call this one but I cannot as it's "UK residents only". But I find Datel's number on their website (+44 (0)1785 810800) so I will call this one.

My new version PAL ar allows me to run stuff from SD and my sd media launcher allows me to cheat on my games.
Not sure about the ntsc versions.
Also there could be different revisions, but I'm not sure.

Yeah it was what I tought. But I called this morning and they said they are sending one PAL disk. So I hope the issue will be resolved. Thanks you all for your advices. I will help back by completing the compatibility list on the wiki

everyone talking about Action Replay, the guy is talking about SD Media Launcher
