Nearly a month later, my Viper GC is here. However, no one responded to my emails and no one picked up the phone.
I found another online store of the same company with the same address and phone: Activated24.com and I sent them an email that they did not respond, but days later I received the notification of UPS of my Viper GC
Happy Ending!!!! ^_^

I just ordered there a Viper GC Extreme
They have awesome prices!

The shop that i was initially talking about was modchips24.de - which only sell Xenos and Duo Qs now...
