Read speed emulation and Nkit
Read speed emulation and Nkit
I've seen in the recent release notes that nkit iso would have faster read emulation time than iso, which makes sense. However, does this affect anything? My collection is currently in nkit.iso format, but would fit on the same cards in full .iso format. Would that increase compatibility? Just wondering if I should take the time to expand a pretty large set. If it makes any game work better, or more likely to, then it is worth it to me.

Re: Read speed emulation and Nkit
what you say actually happens the other way around: games to take advantage of reading speed, must be in full format. 1.35gb
and also games that do not accept compression are marked by a warning on the screen.
the Swiss is very automatic now ...

Ok, I misread that. By lower read speed I thought it meant lower time to read, rather than lower speed on the read. It was clear I just didn't process the words right lol.
I'll try to expand only the necessary ones. Thanks!
