I've tried following the instructions, but when I look at the ISO in Dolphin, no info shows up and it doesn't boot. I'm trying to get a sample from devkitpro to work. Do not use Dolphin to test whether it works or not. ISOs bootable may not work, executables may not work... Even games may not work....

I've tried a lot of things trying to get a disc to build and run, but I can't seem to find one. What's the best way to get a homebrew disc to work?
